• Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
• “No shows” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
• If an appointment is made within the 24 hour period and the client needs to cancel, they must do so at least 4 hours prior to their appointment time or incur a charge equal to 50% of the service reserved.
• Cancellation and “No show” charges will be added to the client’s next bill.
